Idk what the vibe is they're going for but if its snobby LA transplant, great job. Barista was so rude. Didn't smile or greet me or the other customers at all. I don't know why all these new coffee shops don't prioritize customer service? So weird. If you hate your job, find something else. Don't be miserable at work and take it out on everyone else. Drink is mid asl. So disappointed I wasted $8 and my lunch break here

Imagine having the only “speciality” coffee shop in the area, with a beautiful location, beautiful building and NOT capitalizing? The coffee is mid. I’m in the industry, I try every coffee shop that pops up, I’ve been here twice, both times the espresso and the drip are not up to scratch. Go to Constellation up the road where every time they make the perfect coffee, with a really delicious espresso and drip. The service is very 2013 “we’re better than you” vibes. Nah dude, train your baristas I dont want to be served with a mean mug and a lack of any kind of care. Both times in this shop they got my order wrong, both times the staff were just completely nonplussed about anything. Don’t want a song and a dance, just want chill vibes and these staff have something up with them. I never return to places like this.

I paid $8 for an iced vanilla latte, which tasted very standard. The atmosphere was very chill, which I liked. And I appreciated the large windows for natural lighting and good ventilation, as they were wide open. However, the service was terrible! I have to agree with some reviewers that some workers are not friendly. I couldn’t believe my ears when a male worker said you’re welcome when I went to the counter to pick up my drink, which was snarky to say the least. I will not return!

Finally figured out why I kept seeing so many people hanging out in front of the dry cleaners: it’s a coffee shop with cool midcentury vibes. Love they kept the Googie architecture, and the light sculpture in the bathroom. The hot chocolate was more warm than hot. The ham and cheese croissant was excellent. And the patio is dog friendly!

This place is awesome! Ambiance is amazing. It is clean, modern, comfortable, and who doesn't love a big pumpkin! The coffee was delicious and packs a punch. If you are around Montrose, you MUST stop in! Staff is super friendly!
